Our paper and book conservation and restoration studios have been helping to preserve books, documents and all 2-dimensional paper based material for over 40 years and our craft skills and experience in repairing and rebinding leather, vellum and antiquarian cloth bound books is now 100 years young. We can advise on storage conditions and carry out surveys on collections to evaluate vulnerable books and paper based collections. We are very skilled in disaster recovery of books and paper based collections following floods or fire and smoke damage.

We specialise in printed and written heritage preservation for libraries, museums, archives, record offices and private collectors and custodians of precious books, maps, deeds and documents and can supply bespoke archival standard book boxes, slip cases and portfolios.

We are an accredited Conservator/Restorer with PARC (Institute of Conservation) and listed in the register of conservators/restorers.
